This series of Strictly Come Dancing has really set the bar high - and the remaining celebrity contestants will, no doubt, be showing us everything they've got in order to make it through to Blackpool Week next weekend.

Yes, the bright lights of of the iconic Blackpool Tower are beckoning, and the remaining eight celebrities will be hoping to secure their spot on the historic dance floor of the Blackpool ballroom in Week Nine.

So far in the competition, audiences have been blown away by electric performances by the likes of Layton Williams, Angela Rippon and Ellie Leach, who have each impressed their judges with an assortment of routines.

Corrie star Ellie has topped the leaderboard for the second week in a row, dazzling with her American Smooth last weekend and scoring a near-perfect 39 last weekend.

Layton and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin made Strictly Come Dancing history on Saturday 14th October, by scoring the earliest 10 for a Cha Cha ever.

Each week, viewers will watch the celebrities and their Strictly pros dance to the fullest in order to win the Glitterball trophy at the end of the competition.

Last weekend saw Adam Thomas and Luba Mushtuk leave the competition, after the couple lost out to Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington in the dance off.

Halloween Week saw Zara McDermott and Graziano Di Prima becoming the latest couple to be eliminated, after they lost out to Adam and Luba in the dance off.

The first Strictly elimination saw Les Dennis leave the competition after he faced the dance-off against Nikita Kanda, who has since been eliminated from the competition.

Jody Cundy was the third celebrity to say goodbye to the competition, followed by Eddie Kadi and then Zara McDermott, while Amanda Abbington withdrew from the series citing personal reasons.

As the eight remaining celebrities prepare to go live once again on Saturday 11th November, how can you vote for them to go far on the show? Here's everything you need to know about voting for Strictly Come Dancing 2023.

How to vote online for Strictly Come Dancing

When the vote opens, head on over to the Strictly homepage, where you'll find the vote at the top of the page.

You can vote online on the Strictly homepage, or by scanning the QR code available on their website - which will be displayed on screen during the show. Online voting can be done by a mobile phone, tablet or computer.

Before you can vote, you need to be signed into your BBC account. If you voted last year, providing you're using the same device, you should still be signed in and ready to vote.

But if you have never voted before, you will need to register for a BBC account in order to vote.

Once the vote is open, the couples will be listed in alphabetical order.

You can cast your votes by selecting your favourite duo by clicking the plus icon next to their name so that a 1 appears in the box between the plus and minus icons.

Once you've allocated all your votes, you won't be able to press the plus icon anymore. If you're happy with your votes, then click 'Submit X votes' at the bottom of the page. Once submitted, the votes cannot be changed.
